Camper stored in overflow lot

There is a pop-up camper, license #BY- 75990, being stored in the first parking lot of the community. Would the owner please remove the trailer to an enclosed garage or arrange for storage away from the community. The legal documents do not allow for the use of common areas for storage. The Board would like the camper removed within 7 days; if not removed within that time period, they have requested the camper be towed from the community.
